- CBOE Chairman & CEO William Brodsky is on the 9:30am panel titled: "Regulation of Exchanges and Markets, Clearance and Settlement and Margin Requirements"
- On July 17, 2009, Mr. Brodsky testified before US House of Representatives Financial services committee on this issue
- Mr. Brodsky supports the Obama Administration's recommendation for harmonization of SEC and CFTC rules
